Born from a love of the Aegean Sea and the rich culinary traditions of Greece, Thalassa brings the warmth of Mediterranean hospitality to every plate. Our chef draws from generations of family recipes, reimagined with modern technique and the finest seasonal ingredients.
Every dish tells a story -- from the octopus grilled over charcoal to the slow-baked moussaka with its golden crust. We source directly from Greek producers: olive oil from Kalamata, feta from small-batch creameries, and herbs from the mountains of Crete.
